At Panoramic Properties we pride ourselves on our great relationships, not only with our clients but with our suppliers too. As a result of these relationships we have established strong trade terms with many leading suppliers all over the world. This enables us to offer a price promise (at our complete discretion) and still provide the very best customer service possible on like for like products taking into account all delivery costs and VAT. You will need to supply us with a copy of a genuine quote and we will look to beat this where possible and again at our discretion.

Panoramic Properties is striving to provide the highest service at the fairest cost. This is why we provide a cost breakdown showing the transport costs where appropriate. On projects overseas, we can also assist with transporting products at our complete discretion and at the client’s cost. For transport costs on overseas products please contact one of the team who would be happy to help. Due to the fluctuating markets and supplier trade costs our invoices are valid for 30 days as standard unless otherwise stated. When multiple products are purchased from one of our suppliers for delivery at the same time there can often be cost savings on the transport of these items. Again, if you have any specific questions relating to transport costs and ways to reduce them, please contact a member of our team who will be happy to assist you.

Payments once received in full or in part will mean you automatically wish to enter into a legal binding contract with Panoramic Properties, unless Panoramic Properties declares that the order has not been accepted and the funds will be refunded back to you. Our returns policy is valid for 7 days after the product has been delivered. In this time any item that you deem to be faulty or has been ordered incorrectly needs to be notified to Panoramic Properties via email. On bespoke items and items that have been made to order for you cannot be cancelled once the item has been commissioned and payment will be required in full including delivery, VAT and any storage fee’s that may arise. Your statutory rights are not affected, however please be aware that UK Office of Fair-Trading laws and guidelines such as the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and specifically the Distance Selling Act and the Sale of Goods Act 1979, do clarify that standard return terms DO NOT APPLY when you enter into contract for an item which is made for you.

Due to the nature of certain products, partially natural products it is inevitable there will be some variations. Panoramic Properties will try to provide these variations within an acceptable tolerance dependent upon the products. Also, on products ordered at different times there may be variation due to batch, materials and processes used by the supplier. Panoramic Properties will make every effort to match these products within a reasonable tolerance where possible. Natural products including wood, leather and stone contain natural individual elements that are unique to each item. There are also certain items that change over time depending on use, exposure to light, temperature, pressure, reaction to water etc. These items including but not limited to timber, velvets and other fabrics can change over time and it is up to the buyer to care for the products dependent on their inherent nature and understand that some of these changes are desired effects such as bruising of velvets on upholstery or splitting of solid timber elements.

On delivery or collection of any products, it is the client’s responsibility to check for faults, damage, shortages and anomalies and if found report to Panoramic Properties via email within a 48-hour period. If any items arrive in an unsatisfactory manor or condition, please refuse the delivery and contact our team immediately who will work on your behalf to resolve the issue. Any damage on the product or packaging needs to be photographed and these images need to be sent to Panoramic Properties as soon as possible. We aim to deliver products quickly and if we are unable to deliver products once they arrive with Panoramic Properties, storage charges may apply. We aim to deliver items and remove packaging where appropriate and at our complete discretion. Due to the nature of certain products specialist installers may be required.

All refunds must be requested via email or in writing 7 days after the deposit payment. If the refund has been accepted Panoramic Properties will organize collection of the item(s) and advise on an appropriate collection charge. All items must be collected in their original packaging with any instructions and paperwork included in the package as it arrived with the customer. If the product has been returned at no fault by Panoramic Properties all transport costs and 50% of the item’s sale value will be retained by Panoramic Properties. On any item that has been returned to Panoramic Properties and on inspection of these find they are in a satisfactory condition payment will be made back to the client within a 30day period. If defects, damages, breakages or issues are found which we believe were not inherent when the goods arrived with the purchaser, we may deduct a reasonable sum from the refund in order to reflect the resale value. Panoramic Properties does not accept any responsibility for lost working time, loss of earnings or other such liabilities in the unlikely event of a delivery being incorrect, delayed or postponed. Panoramic Properties also reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at any time.

The ownership of all products will be retained by Panoramic Properties until full payment has been received. To commence an order, we take a 50% deposit unless otherwise stated. On any goods that are made to order the purchaser commits to paying for these in full at the time of deposit payment as these cannot be cancelled or returned. On all items ordered the onus is on the customer to check there is suitable access for the installation of the product to be delivered to the intended destination without hindrance. Any items that cannot be installed in the intended location cannot be refunded or cancelled. It is the customer’s responsibility to check for any damage at the point of delivery.

Once Panoramic Properties have received payment in full or part, you will automatically be entered into a contract with Panoramic Properties under all the terms and conditions stated. Panoramic Properties takes care to provide accurate information with regard to manufacturers lead time and delivery and will endeavor to do all it can to meet the estimated times. However, it will not be held in breach of contract or responsible for any liability or losses if the estimated deadline is not met. Once the goods ordered are ready for delivery to Panoramic Properties or directly to you we will request the balance payment in full before any goods are delivered.

If any product is found to be discontinued by our supplier or there has been a price change then Panoramic Properties will offer either a full refund or an alternative product. Delivery charges to the UK and abroad are estimated values and are charged out at cost on the balance invoice. We always strive to keep these to a minimum. If you require more information or an alternative quote, please ask a member of our team. If you would prefer to collect the goods you may at an agreed time, however some suppliers will only deliver to Panoramic Properties and there will be a compulsory charge for this. Panoramic Properties reserve all rights to timing and delivery and collection addresses and costs. Any items requiring storage may be susceptible to a storage fee. If you require goods to be held more than 48 hours, please contact us to discuss storage arrangements. If Panoramic Properties are storing any items for longer than 48 hours, we cannot open and inspect the goods and any damages that may have happened in transit will not be discovered until a later date. Unfortunately, if this is the case we cannot accept any liability for damage to the product on delivery. Under normal circumstances goods would be inspected for damage, defects or issues at the point of final delivery to you the customer and reported back to the manufacturer within 7 days to facilitate a claim. However, please be clear, in these circumstances the responsibility and liability for the goods to be checked or unchecked remains in your hands. Ownership and liability are transferred to you immediately and after 48 hours of arriving at Panoramic Properties and claims cannot be raised after that point. You will store at your own risk. If you want to inspect the goods in storage, we cannot guarantee when repackaging these that they will be packed as securely as originally done by the manufacture and this can make items more vulnerable to damage in storage and in onward transport. Panoramic Properties will always do their best to spot any damage, report any faults and to deliver all items in perfect condition.

Panoramic Properties endeavors to always accurately represent products in images and descriptions along with samples where appropriate. This is not always possible due to variations in batches and natural products and even how the image can appear on screen or when printed. This is also the case when ordering products at different times as batches can vary, and natural products can vary. Panoramic Properties always strive to keep this to a minimum tolerance where possible. Products can also deteriorate over time practically when exposed to things like sunlight and when ordering new products that have not had this exposure the finish can appear different. Natural products such as leather and wood can contain unique characteristics such as knots, grain and scars to name a few. These are not deemed as faults but instead, are seen as part of the unique character of the natural product.
