Adam Fadlé, an international award-winning interior designer, established Panoramic Properties in 2010 to redefine bespoke design in the luxury residential market. His design approach is grounded in a panoramic understanding of how living spaces influence family rhythms and routines.

At the heart of Panoramic Properties is a close-knit team of experienced interior designers. Our studio is built on creative freedom, close client partnerships, and a shared drive to push the boundaries of design. We’re immensely proud of our generous and good-humoured colleagues; their dedication turns many clients into long-term partners across their property portfolios.

Adam Fadlé

MANAGING DIRECTOR

  • Adam studied architecture at the University of Northumbria before specialising in luxury residential interior design, quickly earning a reputation as a leading figure in the industry. After founding Panoramic Properties, he built a team of internationally recognised, award-winning designers, combining his creative passion with a focus on mentoring and business development.

  • Outside of work, he enjoys adventure travel, exploring new cultures, and spending time with close friends and family. A former international lacrosse player, he now keeps active through a range of sports, gym training, and wellness practices including yoga and sound healing.

Grace Piggott

HEAD OF DESIGN

  • Grace graduated from Sheffield Hallam University in 2014 with a Master’s degree in Interior Design, and has spent the past decade working in high-end residential interiors. She joined Panoramic in 2023 as Head of Design and continues to lead and develop the team.

  • Outside of work, Grace loves hanging out with her family and going on walks with their dog, Sidney. She’s also really into Reformer Pilates classes, which helps her unwind and stay active.

Amy Hubbard

  • Amy has been part of the Panoramic team for five years after graduating with a First Class degree from Salford University in 2018 and has contributed to a wide range of inspiring and high-quality projects during that time. With a background in the commercial design sector, she brings a strong focus on functionality as well as aesthetics—ensuring each space is both visually impactful and purpose-driven.

  • Outside of work, Amy is passionate about all thing’s food. Whether experimenting with new recipes or discovering exciting places to eat, Amy enjoys exploring the culinary world for inspiration.

Alex McCluskey

SENIOR

INTERIOR DESIGNER

  • Alex joined Panoramic in 2026 following 10 years in London working across the luxury residential and commercial projects. Originally qualifying as an Architect, Alex studied at Newcastle University and the University of Westminster before honing her skills in interior architecture and design - on projects in the UK and on an international scale.

  • In her spare time, Alex can usually be found in a pilates studio, exploring the Peak District (weather permitting), or planning her next trip. With a keen interest in travel, history and culture, she is always on the lookout for inspiring hotels, restaurants and destinations to add to her ever-growing list.

  • Brogan graduated from the University of Derby in 2014 with a degree in Fashion Studies and spent four years designing show homes. She has been with PP for over seven years, specialising in FF&E, with a strong passion for fabrics, finishes, and creating thoughtful, client-focused spaces. 

  • Outside of work, Brogan is a proud mother of two daughters. She enjoys family outings, spending time with friends, and staying active at the gym.

Maisie Whitehead

INTERIOR DESIGNER

  • Maisie graduated from Nottingham Trent University in 2024 with a degree in Interior Architecture and Design. After completing her studies, she travelled throughout Southeast Asia for a few months and in 2025, she joined the Panoramic team as our Junior Designer.

  • Outside of work, Maisie is passionate about health and fitness. She loves experimenting in the kitchen, creating new, healthy recipes, and she stays active through gym sessions, running, and spin classes. She also has a strong sense of adventure and enjoys travelling to explore new cities and discover new places.

Sian Akid

ACCOUNTS MANAGER

  • Sian joined the Panoramic Team over six years ago, bringing with her more than two decades of experience in account management and legal assistance across various industries. With a keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to efficiency, Sian now oversees all our accounts, ensuring that our operations run smoothly and that we consistently perform at our highest potential.

  • Outside of work, Sian loves a sunny holiday and is always on the lookout for her next handbag – or interior update!

Athena

DIRECTOR OF TAIL WAGS

  • Athena is a much-loved part of the studio, bringing endless wagging tails and plenty of smiles to the office each day. As our chief happiness officer, she makes sure everyone takes a well-earned break, warmly welcomes visitors, and is always on hand for a cuddle when inspiration is needed. Whether she’s snoozing under a desk or supervising the latest design discussions, she plays an important role in creating a friendly and creative atmosphere that makes our studio feel like home. 

  • Outside of work, Athena enjoys ensuring Adam gets plenty of fresh air on long countryside walks, playing fetch with endless enthusiasm, mastering the art of the afternoon nap, and happily accepting treats from anyone willing to spoil her.
