Panoramic Properties was founded by Adam Fadlé in 2010 with an ambition to bring a more considered, holistic approach to luxury residential design.
From the outset, the studio has been grounded in an understanding that exceptional homes respond not only to the architecture, but to the rhythms, routines and lifestyles of the people within them.
Today, Panoramic Properties is an internationally recognised design practice, creating highly personal, beautifully resolved homes in Cheshire and across the UK and around the world, where thoughtful design and effortless living exist in equal measure.

Our Story
Adam recognised the importance of understanding the bigger picture: how architecture, interiors and everyday living come together to shape the way a family experiences their home.
He hand-picked a team of established design professionals, united by a shared belief in creating spaces that are as intuitive and practical as they are beautiful.
From humble beginnings, the studio has evolved year on year, with our client base, portfolio and expertise growing far beyond our original ambitions. Guided by a commitment to exceptional design, our journey has taken us from landmark projects across Central London to the establishment of our luxury design studio in Knutsford - a considered home for the company that reflects the quality of our work, while placing us firmly in the heart of Cheshire.
Along the way, we have been incredibly proud to receive numerous design awards, including prestigious international recognition, and to see our work and expertise featured across national and international television, radio, newspapers and magazines, including the BBC.
While our reach and capabilities have expanded, our founding philosophy has remained unchanged. We continue to place the experience of living at the heart of every project, balancing refined aesthetics with an innate understanding of comfort, practicality and our clients' needs.

We are already embracing advances in technology, from increasingly sophisticated 3D modelling and immersive virtual walkthroughs to the evolving capabilities of AI, allowing us to continually enhance the experience and level of service we offer our clients.
Alongside this, we have exciting plans for the continued growth of the studio, expanding our reach, broadening our client base and opening the studio to new opportunities and project types. As Panoramic Properties evolves, we are looking to build on our foundations in Cheshire and extend our presence, allowing us to connect with a wider audience while continuing to deliver the level of design and service for which the studio is known. The next chapter will see the company expand its creative horizons, take on more diverse projects and establish the studio as a leading name within the wider design landscape; all while remaining true to the personal approach that has defined us from the beginning.
