Adam Fadlé, an international award-winning interior designer, established Panoramic Properties in 2010 to redefine bespoke design in the luxury residential market. His design approach is grounded in a panoramic understanding of how living spaces influence family rhythms and routines.
At the heart of Panoramic Properties is a close-knit team of experienced interior designers. Our studio is built on creative freedom, close client partnerships, and a shared drive to push the boundaries of design. We’re immensely proud of our generous and good-humoured colleagues; their dedication turns many clients into long-term partners across their property portfolios.

Adam Fadlé
MANAGING DIRECTOR

Adam studied Architecture at Northumbria University, where he gained a BA (Hons) degree, before specialising in luxury residential interior design. He quickly established himself as a leading figure in the industry, founding Panoramic Properties and earning numerous awards and accolades that reflect the company’s calibre, creativity and reputation. Over the past decade, Adam has built a team of internationally recognised, award-winning designers, combining his creative passion with a strong focus on mentoring, team development and business growth. Now as Managing Director, Adam’s focus is also on the wider direction of the business, nurturing the team, developing new opportunities and ensuring Panoramic Properties continues to evolve and deliver work of the highest standard.

Adam is happiest when he’s discovering something new, whether that’s exploring a new country, experiencing different cultures or simply heading off on an adventure. Family is at the heart of his life, and he loves spending time with his parents and siblings, while more recently making plenty of memories with his dog, Athena. A former international lacrosse player, Adam’s passion for sport and fitness remains a big part of his life. These days, he keeps active through a mix of sports, gym training and a growing focus on wellness.
Grace Piggott
HEAD OF DESIGN

Grace graduated from Sheffield Hallam University in 2014 with a Master’s degree in Interior Design and has since built over a decade of experience within the high-end residential interiors sector. Throughout her career, she has had the opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of luxury residential projects, including a number of award-winning schemes. Her experience spans a wide variety of property styles and scales, from contemporary new-build homes and luxury apartments through to the sensitive restoration and transformation of period and Grade II listed properties. This breadth of experience has given Grace a strong understanding of how to approach each project individually, respecting the character and architecture of a property while creating beautifully considered interiors tailored to the way each client lives.
She joined Panoramic in 2023 as Head of Design, where she leads the design team and oversees projects from concept through to completion. Grace has a keen eye for detail and is passionate about creating considered, timeless interiors that balance beautiful aesthetics with functionality and the individual needs of each client. Alongside her involvement in projects, she plays an important role in developing and supporting the wider design team, helping to maintain the high standards and attention to detail that underpin every Panoramic project.

Outside of work, Grace loves spending time with her family and getting outdoors for walks with their dog, Sidney. Her passion for interiors extends well beyond her professional life, and she is currently enjoying designing her next family home and overseeing the works as the project comes to life. She’s also a big fan of reformer Pilates, which gives her the perfect opportunity to unwind, stay active and switch off after a busy week.

Amy Hubbard

Amy has been part of the Panoramic team for six years, after graduating with a First-Class degree from Salford University in 2018 and has contributed to a wide range of inspiring and high-quality projects during that time. With a background in the commercial design sector, she brings a strong focus on functionality as well as aesthetics, ensuring each space is both visually impactful and purpose-driven.
Amy has a particular flair for the more technical side of interior design, with a keen interest in bespoke cabinetry design and producing detailed technical drawings in AutoCAD. Her organised and methodical approach also lends itself naturally to managing projects on site, where she enjoys coordinating the finer details and helping to ensure designs are delivered accurately and to the highest standard.

Outside of work, Amy is passionate about all things food and travel. Whether experimenting with new recipes, discovering exciting places to eat or exploring new destinations, she loves experiencing different cultures and finding inspiration in the places she visits.
Alex McCluskey
SENIOR
INTERIOR DESIGNER

Alex joined Panoramic Properties in 2026, following a decade in London working across luxury residential and commercial design. Alex qualified as an Architect in 2020, earning Distinctions at Newcastle University and the University of Westminster before developing her expertise in interior architecture and design.
Her experience spans a diverse range of projects - in the UK and on an international scale. From Grade II Listed homes in Central London and Barn Conversions in Cheshire, to Luxury Villas in Dubai, her projects have taken her worldwide, to Singapore, China, Nigeria and beyond. Alex particularly enjoys getting stuck into the detail and creating thoughtfully considered designs that translate into practical yet refined spaces; uniquely shaped for each client.
Alex is a chartered Architect and holds both ARB and RIBA membership. -
In her spare time, Alex can usually be found in a Pilates studio, exploring the Peak District (weather permitting), or enjoying a healthy dose of Reality TV. With a keen interest in travel, history and culture, her next trip is never far from the horizon, and she is always on the lookout for inspiring hotels, restaurants and destinations to add to her ever-growing list.

Brogan graduated from the University of Derby in 2014 with a degree in Fashion Studies. Following her studies, she spent four years designing show homes, gaining valuable experience in creating aspirational interiors and developing a strong understanding of how to bring a space together through carefully selected furniture, fabrics, finishes and accessories. This early experience helped shape her passion for interiors and provided a strong foundation for her career in residential interior design.
Brogan has been part of the PP team for over eight years, specialising in FF&E and bringing a genuine passion for fabrics, finishes and the finer details that bring an interior together. With a keen eye for colour, texture, pattern and materiality, she creates thoughtfully curated schemes where every element works cohesively within the wider space. Brogan enjoys working closely with clients to understand their individual tastes, lifestyles and requirements, translating their ideas and aspirations into interiors that feel personal, timeless and purposeful. From the initial concept through to the final finishing touches, she takes pride in ensuring that every detail is carefully considered and beautifully executed.

Outside of work, Brogan is a proud mother of two daughters and enjoys making the most of her time with family and friends. She loves family outings and creating new memories with her daughters, as well as catching up with friends and staying active at the gym.

Maisie Whitehead
INTERIOR DESIGNER

Maisie graduated from Nottingham Trent University in 2024 with a degree in Interior Architecture and Design. After finishing university, she spent a few months travelling around Southeast Asia, experiencing different cultures and gaining new inspiration along the way.
In 2025, Maisie joined the Panoramic team as a Junior Designer, where she works across projects from the early concept stages through to detailed visualisation. As our in-house CGI visual specialist, Maisie particularly enjoys developing designs into 3D models, using specialist programs to create and refine spaces, furniture, finishes and architectural details. helping the team and clients visualise the finished spaces by exploring materials, lighting, furniture and the overall atmosphere of each design.
With a background in Interior Architecture and Design, Maisie enjoys bringing creative ideas together with practical design solutions. She especially enjoys the process of developing an idea through 3D modelling and visualisation, seeing a concept evolve from an initial idea into a fully realised space.

Outside of work, Maisie is pa ssionate about health and fitness. She loves experimenting in the kitchen, creating new, healthy recipes, and she stays active through gym sessions, running, and spin classes. She also has a strong sense of adventure and enjoys travelling to explore new cities and discover new places.
Sian Akid
ACCOUNTS MANAGER

Sian joined the Panoramic team over six years ago, bringing with her more than two decades of experience in account management and legal assistance across various industries. Her wealth of experience, combined with her highly organised approach and exceptional attention to detail, makes her an invaluable part of the team.
Today, Sian oversees all of our accounts, playing a key role in keeping our financial and administrative operations running smoothly. With a strong commitment to efficiency and a natural ability to keep everything on track, she helps ensure the wider team has the support and structure needed to perform at its very best.

Outside of work, Sian loves nothing more than a sunny holiday and is always planning her next getaway. She also has a keen eye for style and is rarely far from her next handbag purchase - or her latest interior update! Whether it’s refreshing a room at home or finding the perfect new accessory, Sian always has her eye on the next little upgrade.
Athena
DIRECTOR OF TAIL WAGS

Athens is a much-loved part of the studio, bringing endless wagging tails and plenty of smiles to the office each day. As our unofficial chief happiness officer, she makes sure everyone takes a well-earned break, warmly welcomes visitors, and is always on hand for a cuddle when inspiration is needed. Whether snoozing under a desk or supervising the latest design discussions, she plays an important role in creating the friendly and creative atmosphere that makes our studio feel like home. Athena graduated in 2026 with a BA (Hons) in Tail Wagging and is currently undertaking a Masters Degree in Canine Behaviour & Happiness.

Outside of work, Athena enjoys ensuring Adam gets plenty of fresh air on long countryside walks, chasing tennis balls with endless enthusiasm, mastering the art of the afternoon nap, and happily accepting treats from anyone willing to spoil her.
